2. What we sell
We sell worksheets and coloring pages in digital format, delivered as a download link and by email immediately after payment is confirmed.
We do not ship physical products.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Romanian lei (RON) without VAT (where applicable).
Nutrieme SRL is not registered for VAT.
Payment is made by card, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, through the payment processor Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
The fiscal invoice is issued electronically and sent by email.
4. Delivery
Products are not sent as attachments: you receive an access link by email, valid for 2 days, with a maximum of 5 downloads per file. Once it expires, you can request a second access once from your order page.
If a link has expired or you have trouble downloading, write to us at contact@temeinvacanta.ro.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, art. 16 letter m), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and after the consumer has acknowledged that they will thereby lose the right of withdrawal.
When placing an order, you give your express consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and confirm that you acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal, under the conditions provided by law.
If a file is faulty or cannot be used properly, write to us and we will try to replace it or, where appropriate, refund your money.
6. License to use
With your purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use and print the worksheets as many times as you need, for personal use, for your family or for educational activities in your own class.
You may not resell, distribute, upload online, publish or give the purchased digital files to other people, beyond the use permitted by this license.
You may also not remove, alter or hide the TemeInVacanta.ro mark or identity shown on the materials.
7. Use of artificial intelligence in creating the materials
Some images, illustrations or graphic elements included in the materials available on TemeInVacanta.ro may be created, generated or processed, wholly or partly, with artificial intelligence (AI) tools.
The use of AI in creating the materials does not change the rights and conditions of use set out in these Terms and conditions. The materials are selected, organized and, where appropriate, edited or adapted with human input to be used for recreational and educational purposes.
8. Complaints and disputes
For any questions, reports or complaints, you can contact us at contact@temeinvacanta.ro.
Consumers may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) or use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures, under the conditions provided by applicable law.
9. Governing law
These Terms and conditions are governed by Romanian law.
10. Changes to the website and the terms
The website operator reserves the right to change, update, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, at any time, certain features, pages, products, services, prices, offers or other elements of the TemeInVacanta.ro website, without prior notice, in compliance with applicable legal obligations.
The operator also reserves the right to change or update these Terms and conditions. The updated version will be published on the website and will show the date of the last update.
Changes will not affect orders already confirmed, except where the law requires otherwise.
In case of any discrepancy, the Romanian version prevails.
